Marketing Policy 

By completing your booking, you may receive occasional email updates from The Handcrafted Hotel and Azizi Life. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Guests are welcome to check in from 2:00 PM.

Check out time is 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out, if requested 24 hours in advance, will be accommodated if possible.

Luggage storage is available free of charge.

Registration Policy

All guests must present a picture ID at time of check-in, unless under 16 years of age and traveling with a parent, and must be registered. Minimum age for booking a reservation is 18 years. Only registered guests are allowed in hotel rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel for free until 30 days prior to their arrival. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. 

We charge no show guests the full cost of their reservation. 

Changes in the reservation at or before arrival might attract additional charges if room type is changed or booking crosses seasons.

If dates are changed and accommodation is not available, cancellation policy might apply.

Pricing Policies

Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy.

Pricing is seasonal. High season rates are in effect from June – September and December – February.

An additional person in the room is charged at 50% of room rate.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Rates include all taxes.

Airport transfer is not included in the room rate but may be arranged at an additional charge.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such and additional terms and conditions may apply.

The Handcrafted Hotel at Azizi Life reserves the right to increase prices and will communicate same in advance.

Payment Policies

Full payment is made at time of online booking or at check-in for email or phone bookings.

Major credit cards are accepted onsite.

Cash currencies accepted on location are Rwandan Francs, British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars.

Other acceptable payment methods onsite include bank transfer and Momo.

All charges and costs involving transfer of payments are the responsibility of the guests.
